How to View Your Feedback

To dive deep into your customer data, follow these steps:
- Open your Cartsaver OTP COD dashboard in Shopify.
- Locate your Store Rating (the stars) at the top right of the dashboard.
- Click the [View] link next to your rating.
- This will open your internal Customer Survey page, where you can see every rating, comment, and discovery channel categorized by order number.
