Setting Up Your Sender ID
Step 1: Choose Your Sender ID Name
Requirements:
- Maximum 11 characters
- English letters only (A-Z)
- No spaces (use one word)
- No special characters
- No numbers
Good Examples:
- ✅ CAIROSHOP (10 characters)
- ✅ FASHIONEG (9 characters)
- ✅ YOURSTORE (9 characters)
Bad Examples:
- ❌ CAIRO SHOP (space not allowed)
- ❌ CAIRO-SHOP (special character)
- ❌ CAIROSHOP2024 (contains numbers)
Step 2: Register Sender ID in Cartsaver
- Log in to Cartsaver Dashboard
- Navigate to Settings → Sender ID (Unlimited Plan only)
- Click “Register New Sender ID”
- Enter your chosen Sender ID
- Click “Submit for Registration”
Step 3: Automatic Registration with All Networks
Cartsaver automatically submits your Sender ID to all 4 Egyptian networks. You’ll receive email notifications when each network approves.
